The AirJaldi Network Academy

The AirJaldi Network Academy is part of AirJaldi's Training and Capacity Building Division. The Academy and its (existing and future) campuses host courses and workshops developed by AirJaldi and other content providers.

Oriented towards bridging the gaps in knowledge and skills - thereby enabling participation in the possibilities that Information and Communication Technology (ICT) provides - the Academy caters to network operators, organizations and interested individuals.

By disseminating AirJaldi's knowledge and experience, in particular linking technologies with ground realities, the Academy helps to ensure that initiatives to provide broadband connectivity to rural communities can be supported and managed by local talents who are best positioned to respond to the needs of their communities while maintaining a viable network.

The Academy's first campus is located at one of the highest and most picturesque sites in the Dharamsala area - the Upper TCV School. It is open to all those who wish to gain the knowledge and skills that will enable them and their communities to benefit from the immense potential and promise of connectivity. A second AirJaldi Network Academy campus will be opened shortly in South India.
